Description:

Illegibly Signed, New York City Snow Scene with Horse Drawn Sleigh, Oil on Canvas, 19th Century, illegibly signed lower left, with letter from John M. Schiff dated December 22, 1938 describing the painting, depicting a snowy New York City street with horse drawn sleigh, children playing, and storefront, in a painted wood frame. Frame size: 25 3/4 in. x 29 1/2 in.

Measurements: Height: by sight 20 1/2 in. x Width: 24 1/2 in.

Condition:

Overall good condition, some small losses to paint in children playing and sleigh passengers.
