Description:

Alfred Grenfell Haigh (United Kingdom, 1870 - 1963), Victor Wild, Oil on Canvas, signed and dated 1898 lower right and titled 'Victor Wild' lower left, depicting a chestnut horse in a stable, in a giltwood frame. Frame size: 17 1/4 in. x 21 1/4 in.

The depicted horse Victor Wild, was born in 1890 and appears to have won the Kempton Jubilee Stakes in 1896.

Measurements: Height: by sight 15 3/4 in. x Width: 19 3/4 in.

Condition:

Good condition, light wear to frame.
