Description:

8 Pieces of Chinese Export Porcelain, comprising a pair of Chinese export famille rose porcelain vases, 19th century, the neck decorated with raised dragons, the body with reserves of courtly ladies interspersed with panel reserves of butterflies and flowering trees, together with an oval famille rose small platter, similarly decorated, an octagonal scalloped footed bowl, a footed square bowl, a circular blue and white bowl, a vase, and a small dish.

Measurements: Height: of pair 10 in. x Width: 4 in.

Condition:

Overall fair condition, pair of vases with rubbing to gilding and losses to enamel decoration, the platter with losses to gilding, chips to edges, rubbing to enamel decorations, the scalloped bowl with losses to enamel decoration numerous chips to edges and foot, losses to glaze, the square bowl with losses to enamel decoration, rubbing to gilding at edges, minor chips, the blue and white bowl with rubbing to gilding, two hairline cracks, losses to decorations, the small dish with rubbing and losses to enamel decorations, small hairline cracks on rim, the vase craquelure and discoloration to white ground, wear and rubbing to gilding and enamel decoration.
