Property from a Richmond, VA Private Collector
Four Engravings Depicting Richmond, VA, the first titled "Richmond in Virginia" lower center depicting a fisherman with Richmond in the distance, the second titled "Richmond VA" lower center and also marked "drawn by J.W. Hill" lower left and "engraved by W. Wellstood" lower right and depicting Richmond under construction from across a river, the third titled "Capitol of Virginia, Richmond" lower center and marked "Boston published by Samuel Walker" lower center also, depicting the capitol building (designed by Thomas Jefferson), the fourth print titled "Richmond from the James" lower center and marked "Harry Fenn" lower left and "R. Hinshelwood" lower right, depicting Richmond from a low perspective under a bridge, all four prints matted and framed. Frame size of largest: 13 3/4 in. x 15 3/8 in.
