Collection of Arthur B. Kouwenhoven, Jr.
Robert Moskowitz (NY, b. 1935), Untitled (Light Blue Stark Interior Space), Acrylic/Canvas, 1967, signed and dated "1967" on back of canvas depicting geometric planes of grey, in a silvered Julius Lowy frame. Frame size 33 in. height x 26 7/8 in. width. Together with bill of sale and a letter of authenticity on Arden Anderson's letterhead, both dated October 11, 1969 and a book on Moskowitz published by Thames and Hudson in association with The Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden.
Moskowitz exhibited in 1992 at Blum Helman Gallery, 20 West 57th Street, New York, and he also had a retrospective at the Museum of Modern Art, New York.
