Stephan Phillips (NY, 20th Century), Abstract in Green, Orange and Purple, Mixed Media, 1967, signed and dated "67," with painted shapes collaged on paper, matted and framed. Frame size 32 5/8 in. height x 26 in. width.
Phillips sold a work in the annual Byrd Hoffman Foundation Inc.Benefit Art Drawing (run by Robert Wilson to earn money for his theatre productions). Other artists in the drawing included Robert Rauschenberg, Jasper Johns, Milton Avery, Andy Warhol, Joan Miro and Robert Motherwell.
