Property from a Private Collection, Savannah, GA Two Similar Newcomb Pottery Vases Decorated by Sarah Agnes Irvine, 1918, potted by Joseph Meyer, one depicting moss laden live oaks with rooftop and fence in background marked 'JO83 JM 229' and the other decorated with trees marked 'JO82 JM 229', each with paper label, Newcomb College mark and decorator initials. Height of oak tree decorated vase: 9 7/8 in. x 4 5/8 in.
