Property from the Collection of Eleanor Sandy West, Ossabaw Island, Georgia Le Taxiphote Stereo Viewer and Monarch Stereoscope, stereo viewer with plaque 'Le Taxiphote Stereo-Classeur Distributeur Automatique, Brevete S.G.D.G.', with two drawers, 12 fitted trays and two glass slides (wear to edges, old marks and scratches, slides in poor condition) and stereoscope with etched tin, marked near handle 'Manufactured by Keystone View Co. Meadville, PA, Pat'd April 12, 1904' (handle slightly loose and in need of tightening, tiny chips to upper edge of handle, wear to velvet, one screw replaced with nail, exterior eyeholes with slightly bent lower edges).
