Property from the J. Newton Bell, Jr. Estate Group of 3 Staffordshire Spaniels, 19th Century, comprising one figurine with two spaniels sitting by a barrel (hairline crack beginning above leg on left dog running towards reverse side, beside dog tail on right side, frit to interior rim and chip to exterior of rim on the underside of base) and a pair of sitting 7 1/2 in. spaniels with an illegible letter marked in red on the underside of base (one spaniel has chip with loss to front central area and small firing crack on side, the other with chip to interior rim and exterior of rim on the underside of base).
