4 Naval Engravings, 1792, all "Engraved for Ashburton's History of England," hand colored, comprising: "The Action off the Dogger Bank, between the English & Dutch Fleets, commanded by Admiral Parker & Adl. Tourman," "Seven French Men of War defeated by three British Ships under the Command of Captain Forest, Oct. 21, 1757," "The Cleopatra French frigate taken by the Nymph commanded by Capt. Pellew, after an Action of fifty five Minutes," and "The French Fleet under the Command of Marshal Conflans defeated off Belle Isle by Sir Edward Hawke on the 20th of Novem. 1759," all titled at bottoms and with "Published by W.J. Stratford" in 1792, all uniformly matted and in giltwood frames. Frame size: 13 1/4 in. x 16 1/4 in.

Measurements: Height: by sight, 8 1/8 in. x Width: 11 3/8 in.

Condition:

Overall good condition, some toning and occasional foxing, light wear to frames, not viewed out of frames.
