4 African Masks, comprising a 10 in. carved wood mask with documentation from 'Davis Gallery Ethnographic Art,' dated '8/5/81', describing it as a 'Dan-Gere Mask' from Liberia, 20th Century, with an estimated value of $1500; a 15 in. carved wood and metal mask with horns and long nose; an 11 in. carved wood mask with fabric, feather, and hair headdress; and an 11 in. carved wood mask.Measurements: Height: of largest 15 in. x Width: 5 in. x Depth: 3 1/2 in.
Condition:
Overall good condition, old marks and scratch, age cracks, wear to edges.Notice to bidders: The absence of a condition report does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections, or the conditions of aging. Complete condition reports are available by request, no later than 24 hours prior to the live auction.
