Property from a Private Collection, St. Simons Island, GA Vintage Bill Blass Dress and Cape, with Bergdorf Goodman on the Plaza New York label, size 8 dress with back zip with hook and eye closure and trim with daisies around collar and sleeves (both armpit areas with yellow discoloration, stain flecks on back central area by waist, small light stains on right lower side), cape with snap closure at neck around toggle (water stains along area on left side beginning at hem, wood toggle with wear, some loose threads around collar).
