Property from the J. Newton Bell, Jr. Estate Group of 4 Pieces of Porcelain, including Derby and Flight Barr & Barr, 19th Century, comprising two similar Derby incense burners, one marked on the underside with red crown over batons (slight discoloration or staining to interiors, one has large chip with loss on one foot that has been painted over, both have small frits and chips to edges of bases, lacking lids) and an unmarked 8 1/4 in. square serving plate decorated in the Imari style (with wear and loss to gilt, blue underglaze visible in areas). Together with a Flight Barr & Barr 8 1/8 in. plate with impressed mark 'BFB' surmounted by a crown on underside of the base (star-shaped hairline crack in central area).
