Property of a Former U.S. Air Force Military Attache to the American Embassy, Cairo, Egypt Four Middle-Eastern Daggers, comprising 2 Turkish small yatagans, 19th Century, the hilts entirely encased in silver-plated copper, cast and chased with floral decoration, the scabbards en suite with the hilt (one missing belt loop, some whitening to metal, light wear throughout, some pitting to blades), an Arabian Knife or Jambiya, probably 19th Century, 14 1/2 in. (dent to scabbard, probably missing decorative loop on side, some minor pitting to blade) and a Syrian dagger marked 'Syria', 10 in. (ring slightly separated, tip with loss, some pitting, horn mounts slightly loose, some pitting and rust to blade).
