3 Pairs of Designer Sunglasses comprising Versace, Dolce and Gabbana, Roberto Cavalli, including a pair of rose-tinted Versace sunglasses, with gold metal bridge and temples, clear plastic Versace nose pieces, and rose plastic ear pieces, with Medusa head logo end pieces, one ear piece marked 'Versace Made in Italy', the other 'Mod.N87 N30538 58 13 185', in Versace Medusa case, a pair of white plastic Dolce and Gabbana black tinted sunglasses, large bejeweled 'DG' end pieces, one temple interior marked 'Dolce & Gabbana Made in Italy' and the other 'DG6017-B 508/8G 60 19 135', right lens marked 'AD1007953', in a 'DG' magnet close case, and a pair of Roberto Cavalli metal framed black tinted sunglasses, with plastic nose piece and jeweled 'RC' script design on temples, engraved Roberto Cavalli on left lens, one inner temple marked '125 Roberto Cavalli Made in Italy' the other 'Orfeo 182S 68 11 125', in a Roberto Cavalli case.Measurements: Height: of Dolce and Gabbana, 2 in. x Width: 5 5/8 in. x Depth: 6 in.
Condition:
Good used condition, DG end pieces missing some stones and with small stain, RC lettering missing one stone.Notice to bidders: The absence of a condition report does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections, or the conditions of aging. Complete condition reports are available by request, no later than 24 hours prior to the live auction. All lots are offered and sold 'as is', and Everard Auctions will not provide refunds based on condition. Timepiece movements, lighting and electrics have not been tested, and art has not been examined out of the frame unless otherwise stated. We do not guarantee the condition of frames. By placing a bid, either in person, by phone, absentee or via the Internet, you signify that you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale. Everard Auctions does not provide any shipping or packing services. We recommend that all potential buyers obtain pack/ship estimates prior to bidding. Available payment options
PAYMENTS. Payments are expected within 7 calendar days of receiving your invoice. You will pay us the total purchase price for a lot by credit card (UP TO $5,000), cash (US currency not to exceed $10,000 in a single or multiple related payments), check, or wire transfer, before the property can be removed. Everard Auctions and Appraisals requires payment by wire transfer, check, ACH or cash (up to $10,000) for jewelry, watches and precious metals for all New and/or International buyers. You must quote your invoice number when making a payment. A Convenience Fee of approximately 3% will be applied to all US credit card payments, and non US credit cards approximately 4%. No fee will be levied if payment is made by Wire Transfer, Cash or Check. Please note a flat $15 fee for wire transfers should be included in the amount wired. For all payments made by check, we reserve the right to hold the merchandise for 7 Business days or until cleared or certified funds are provided. The purchaser will be charged $35.00 for each check returned for insufficient funds. Additionally, all payments made after 30 days will be subject to a 1.5% Late Payment Fee which will continue to accrue and compound per each additional 30 day period.
