Two Late Federal Maple and Rush Seat Side Chairs, c. 1840, each back scrolled top rail above a pierced backrest centered by a roundel, the square rush seat raised on ring turned splayed legs joined by stretchers.

Measurements: Height: of larger 32 1/4 in. x Width: 16 in. x Depth: of seat 15 in.

Condition:

Overall good restored condition, slight variations to dimensions, possibly associated, refinished, repaired break to top rail of one, age crack and repaired break to top of stile, old marks and scratches, scuffs to feet.
