Description:

2 English Enamel Patch Boxes, 18th Century, both patch boxes pink with decorated lids, the larger with a scene of figures on a shoreline, with battlements and ships, the other oval shaped and with a black and white image of a monument inscribed 'A Friends Gift,' with a mirror interior of lid, both with metal hinged lids and clasps.

Measurements: Height: of larger, 1 1/8 in. x Width: 1 7/8 in. x Depth: 1 1/2 in.

Condition:

Good condition, craquelure and wear to bottoms, smaller with more wear to paint and some surface grime around base.
