14K Diamond and Sapphire Heart Necklace, 14k white gold heart-form pendant set with 21 square cut sapphires (approximately 1.87 mm square) framed by 24 round cut diamonds (approximately 1.5 mm) on a 14k gold chain, pendant and chain both marked '14k'. 2.5 dwt overall.
